Stand Up paddle Board Yoga (SUP Yoga) is a gentle introduction to Stand Up (or Sit down) Paddle board and Yoga.
If you would like to develop core fitness, attunement with nature, relaxation and calmness of mind in an outdoor environment this activity experience is for you. Our Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga classes are the only ones around (the North West of) Ireland!
Led by our trained SUP instructor and yoga enthusiast this session is pitched perfectly for beginners- to both SUP and Yoga, so don’t be intimidated if you haven’t done either before! Equally if you are a yoga enthusiast but haven’t been on a Stand Up Paddle Board before, this is a good opportunity to give it a go.
Stand Up Paddle Boarding is a great way to relax, have fun and get (a wee bit) fit! It has become increasingly popular in recent years throughout Ireland, the UK, EU and US as a relaxing and core strength outdoor activity. A close relation of our Stand up Paddle Board City Tour, Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga is an easy way to start your paddling career on the water.
Your activity takes place on a local lake on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Lasting 2 hours from arrival to departure, the session is a highly enjoyable way to kick-start your weekend with fresh air and gentle stretching combined.

All equipment is provided on the day. We recommend wearing swimwear underneath comfortable clothing, such as light tracksuit bottoms- we will provide you with a wetsuit- and a pair of old trainers which you don’t mind getting wet – no flip flops.
Check the weather before leaving the house to ensure you take clothing to suit the conditions. If it is sunny, you can choose a factor of sun cream suited to your skin. If windy, a wooly hatches in handy! Any daily medication such as an inhaler should also be brought along.
If you want to continue your SUP career while on holiday in the rest of the world we can recommend Inflatable Boarder .
