Led by our trained SUP instructor and yoga enthusiast this session is pitched for beginners. So don’t be intimidated if you haven’t done either SUP or Yoga before!
Stand Up Paddle Boarding is a great way to relax, have fun and get (a wee bit) fit! It popular in throughout Ireland, the UK, EU and US as a relaxing outdoor activity. A close relation of our City Paddle Boarding Tour, Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga is an easy way to start 2019.
Your activity takes place on a local lake. It lasts 1 and a half hours from arrival to departure. The session is a highly enjoyable. Kick-start your day with fresh air and gentle stretching combined!

All equipment is provided on the day. We recommend wearing swimwear underneath comfortable clothing. Light tracksuit bottoms are ideal. We will provide you with a wetsuit- and a pair of old trainers.
Check the weather before leaving the house to ensure you take clothing to suit the conditions. If it is sunny, you can choose a factor of sun cream suited to your skin. If windy, a wooly hat is handy! Any daily medication such as an inhaler should also be brought along.
