Cancellation Policy

From May 2012, Far and Wild operates its bookings on a pre-pay basis. Cancellations will be governed by the procedures outlined below:

  1. In the event of Far and Wid cancelling a scheduled activity:

In rare circumstances it may be necessary for Far and Wild to cancel an activity e.g. adverse weather forecast. In these circumstances you will be notified at the earliest opportunity and an alternative date will be proposed for the activity. If this is unsuitable you will be entitiled to a full refund.

  1. In the event of the customer cancelling attendance at an activity:

In the event you wish to cancel your booking you may either:

  1. Re-schedule: Far and Wild will arrange, where possible, to change your booking to an alternative agreed future date for a similar type activity;
  2. Cancel: You will be entitled to a % refund based on the amount of notice given of your cancellation. One month notice or more- 100% refund ; Two-four weeks notice- 50% refund ; Less than two weeks notice- no refund.*

*Please note that if you are booking for an activity two weeks or less away you will be entitled to a re-schedule only
